I’ve started using Lee Upchurch for my whole home generator maintenance and have been amazed at the customer service and attention to detail he gives his customers. He and his wife show up to perform the services and he talks about his kids learning the business for the future. They are very responsive any time an issue arises. I have referred him to a friend for a custom home build and a neighbor for a back up generator. Nice to see people who still care about doing the right thing and not just after my money.
Searching for someone to install a Generac , Lee & Mandy Upchurch were recommended by a friend who had her Generac installed by them. I was impressed from the start with Lee's open and friendly personality. He came to my house to start the estimate and we talked about the Generac, price, materials and the required work. He is the general contractor for the install so as such, a plumber and electrician had to come over and provide their estimate for their work. Lee coordinates all of this. So the finale estimate was sent to me. It outlined all work that was needed and the materials. Lee was my third company I had an estimate done for me and his price was the best. Let me forewarn everyone. If you look at the Generac online site, it can be misleading about cost. Everything depends on your power needs and location of electrical and gas lines. Since this was the third estimate they were all in the same ballpark, but it was way more expensive than I thought it was going to be, so be prepared. I have no regrets as I have made my house safer and more independent in case of emergencies. About Lee and Mandy. First the spirit of God permeate's from them. It was great to meet such a christian couple. They both have fantastic work ethics and both of them were there if needed. They coordinate everything and provide such a security that it's all handled. Let me note they do not have control over the utility companies and are at their mercy when services can be provided. It took about a month to complete the install. Lee does all the follow up for the Generac. I am completely satisfied. I highly recommend them for your back up electrical needs and services. I also truly feel I've made some new Godly Fiends.
We contracted with Lee and Mandy Upchurch to build our home last year. The were referred by another builder whos endorsement was he intended Lee and Mandy to build his next home. That was enough for us.Their commitment to keeping the house on budget is aided by the great sub contractors Lee uses. They are progressive and work well with each other. Mandy makes sure they are accountable. Our house was built on time, under budget with fantastic quality. This in a pandemic year when labor and materials were in short supply and costly.I can not say enough about what a great builder you will have with Upchurch builders. I will also say you wont find two better people than Lee and Mandy personally.
