Superior Custom Homes built our home in 2022. We are exceptionally please with our home. The owner of the company walked through each step if our project. We have had no issues with the home and would recommend Superior Custom Homes to anyone thinking of building a home. They are very transparent and no surprises when you use this company. They build your home the way you want it not the way they want it. They offer suggestions but will build to suit you.
Very fair and honest company to do business with.

After purchasing our lot, we worked with Blake Richards and his team, Superior Custom Homes, to create our dream home. Blake and his wife have a keen eye for design and their input and recommendation in the design process was immeasurable making the selection process much easier. Superior Custom Homes speak for themselves. Our home continues to get praises and the ongoing quality of our house shows. Blake takes a lot of pride in the homes he builds and it shows!! He made our experience fun and exciting. Blake was terrific to work with during the entire project.
Our home won many awards in the Parade of Homes and we are so grateful to Blake and his team for building our incredible home.
