From walking into the model home until our closing (and even after), our experience with Tresidio has exceeded all expectations.

Our team of Katie (sales), Colin (build) and Chandler (design) were extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful as they guided us through the process of building our home.

Each member of the Tresidio team went above and beyond, each step of the way. We were overseas during the entire build and this team was exceptional in keeping us informed. They answered questions, posted pictures, answered texts and did so kindly and promptly.

We are also completely satisfied with our new home. The overall quality of work, materials, and finishes portray luxury, craftsmanship and attention to detail surpassing in comparison to other builders in the area.

Our experience with Tresidio was exceptional. With 30 years of experience in the residential construction industry, ranging from ground-up to renovation projects, I can confidently say that this is one of the finest homes I’ve ever seen. The craftsmanship is remarkable, from the engineered wood flooring to the custom cabinetry and faux beams. I want to express my deepest gratitude to Kyler and the entire Tresidio team for their exceptional work in building our home. We absolutely adore it.

Tresidio was amazing! Karl allowed us to semi custom our home. Being a builder myself, still traveling to Washington state for work, it would’ve been too much to build a house myself. Tresidio made it easy with an amazing team!

Nadza was amazing as our designer, helped us in every aspect.

Kyler was our superintendent, young, yet amazing at communication. I’d hire him in a heartbeat! Communication is the hardest thing to teach!

We added a ton of items to our home, as this was my wife’s 20th wedding anniversary gift!

We didn’t always see eye to eye on everything, but Tresidio was always kind. They took care of us and still are, as we have warranty items. They have been amazing in their response times and their subcontractors are the best

From start to finish, our entire home building experience with Tresidio Homes was excellent. Tresidio's mission is to combine "unmatched personalization with an exceptional home building experience," and they definitely delivered for us. The patience, attention to detail, willingness to work with us for custom touches, quality, and efficiency of their home building process exceeded our expectations.

We were initially introduced to Tresidio by our realtor who recommended we take a look at a neighborhood in the area of Meridian we were focusing on. We met with Eric who showed us different floorplans and Tresidio's construction process. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and helped us get started on our homebuilding process.

An area where Tresidio really impressed us was their design process. We were paired with Chandler who was very experienced, knowledgeable, and patient as we made our selections. She gave advice when we needed it and made sure our design and selections didn't clash. It was easy and convenient to do everything in one location at their design center. About 10 years ago we built with another prominent builder in the Treasure Valley where we had to go to different vendors for flooring, cabinets, lights and fixtures, and other selections. It was exhausting and inconvenient. We had plenty of excellent options to select from and Chandler did an excellent job to keep us within our budget.

Tresidio assigned Colin as our Project Manager for the construction process. COLIN IS THE MAN! The process and milestones were explained very well and Tresidio hit every milestone either on time or early. We really liked the Buildertrend app and the weekly updates as we watched our home come together. We had very few issues, but when we did Colin addressed everything quickly and always made sure to go beyond our expectations to resolve them. He was always available for a call, text, or to meet in person. We knew in advance if he wasn't going to be available for whatever reason and other project managers who filled in were equally just as great.

We HIGHLY recommend anyone to look at and consider Tresidio for a new home in the Treasure Valley area. Thank you for an incredibly well-built house we're hoping to call home for years to come.

Ok, where do I start? As a Realtor in the valley who has worked with many builders, I am overly impressed with Tresidio Homes! The entire team from start to finish was incredible and I heard more than once my buyers commenting on how happy and impressed they were with the team and the construction of their amazing home. This was NOT cookie cutter by any stretch, and my amazing are very seasoned. Their dreams were met in this build. And even what seemed to be a disappointing mistake turned into the cherry on the top.
