We’ve been living in our home for three years now. Overall, the house is built well. We did have minor issues in the beginning. We purchased the home as a new build. The AC was not hooked up in the attic and it took them over two week to come fix it in the middle of the summer. They contract out all work. So you have to wait on the contractors to respond. That was our biggest issue with the home once we purchased it.Phil, the property manager. I think that’s what he’s title is. He is the one that they put you in contact with with any issues. He was responsive when we did have any problems arise.The layout of the home was well done. The only thing I would really have to complain about is that they do not install a garage door opener. They installed the garage door but not the motor. It’s $600 extra to install on average. Not a huge cost but seems like a silly thing to cut out to save a couple dollars.I have been trying to figure out where they bought the tile, but no one will respond now. I’m pretty sure it’s because they have no obligation at this point to respond. Overall, I would buy from them again. Like all builders none of these houses are perfect.

We recently closed on our Diamante Home here in the East Valley and really enjoyed our experience. We love the floor plan, features and location. The kitchen layout is so functional and who doesn't love a 4 car garage. Quality, location and value sets Diamante Homes apart from the rest.
Dont believe the hype. These homes are barely better than the mass AZ homebuilders. Finishing work on the interior is horrible. Gaps in every molding panel, lose floor boards, leaky windows, shotty electrical, cracks in brand new concrete pads. I have no idea how this home builder got associated with quality. Looking around at the home i just purchased its all the same issues you would see with any other company. honestly expected better. I have been spreading the word that these homes are mediocre.
