Working with Newport Homes has been an absolute breeze. They are very knowledgeable and made a great home! I’m so glad I found them because purchasing a home from them has been the best experience. Highly recommend!

Brett Toronto

We fell in love with their contemporary style homes and they made the buying processes easy and smooth. Any issues were taken care of in a timely and orderly fashion. By far best home buying experience. Furthermore, while waiting for the completion of our home, we rented in their townhome communities in both north mesa (Lehi) and in Cadence (Annex at Cadence). The townhomes have the same style of home and are pretty for a small family while being surprisingly affordable!

It was the easiest decision my husband and I made. We had been looking at homes and by far the best deal and designs I love the fact that the homes are not tan, you have the option to add some color to the house which brings the house to life. So excited and can't wait till is finished. We've worked with Dean the most and it seemed like we've known him forever he has a great personality.
