PLEASE BEWARE OF BUYING FROM THEM! My initial experience was good, however, ever since the delivery it has been nothing but a nightmare! They have made my home owning experience a complete mess and I have even had anxiety attacks. The mobile home was delivered with many defects which I thought no big deal as they claim they will send someone to finish the interior. Cracks on the wall were fixed poorly and painted with white paint when the walls are a light gray! Cabinets are crooked and severely damaged. They delivered the home on February 6, it’s now April and nothing has been done but a complete mess. The electrical system failed inspection multiple times where they left electrical cords out in the open. We still can’t get it fixed and we still can’t move in because they fail to complete the job and make up excuse after excuse. Please look elsewhere and invest in an honest company.I had been looking to buy a mobile home and went to 3 different places with no luck. I drove from El Paso, TX to Midland because a friend recommended Titan, and they did not disappoint. Through the entire process they were amazing. They exceeded our expectations and Izaiah helped us out tremendously to find a lovely home at an affordable price. We are very happy and grateful.
We thoroughly appreciate the hard work and respectfulness Garrett gave to us throughout the process of getting our home. He was able to get us everything we were wanting in a home at the price we were giving him. He made the whole process calm and not overbearing or pushy at all. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend them!
