I am renting at 1440 clarriage court unit 207 and we are frezzing sice the end of october . We contacted the owner but no results .Contacted bylaw department and no results. Bylaw manager, maintenance company and landlord clique to make a decition against my claim. Temperatures at evening and night or early morning houer rich 14 + celsius at the bedrooms due to the draft coming from windows .Disgusting and unhuman.
Just stay away. The quality of work and home ownership experience has been terrible. We've been very patient but they're not able to resolve electrical issues with the house.

No shared planning, scheduling, or information apart from "We'll get to your unit when we get to your unit".I've been watching the workers on their zoom booms -- it's essentially one worker on the lift doing the repair work whilst a partner on the ground is performing fresh air inspection.I'm now on week three of condo balcony lock-out waiting for the floor vinyl to be replaced. It's amazing how some companies will completely disregard both the mental health and physical aspects of unit accessibility.
Purchased my first pre-construction home from Great Gulf Milton Village in September of 2020 after years of renovating and owning older homes. The sales rep who I dealt with Mitch was helpful and informative answered all my questions and concerns I had. The sales office receptionists Jennifer & her colleague she works with are always pleasant to deal with whenever I need to stop by the sales office. I’m looking forward to receiving my Great Gulf Home.
