Be very careful to ask what is not included in their base home price when walking through the model. Want a driveway, it's not included. Want a sidewalk, it's not included. Want a deck, it's not included. That's just for starters. Find a lot you like and want to pick a model, sorry, they have predetermined models for each lot.
We chose a builder that included all the afore mentioned items, so we didn't get any surprises. And they let us pick whatever model we wanted for the lot. They would have even let us pick a Korndoefer model we wanted. Shop around

They provide multiple beautiful models to choose from (that can be semi customized) as well as quality products and trusted subcontractors. It's always a complex process to build a new home and Korndoerfer is a pleasure to work with at all stages.
