We were searching for builder in 2023 and consulted with at 5 companies until met with Ivan. First we stopped by their office and few days later he took us to see two ongoing projects in the area. We decided to go with them because the communication was very easy and straight forward. The contract was separated in 2 parts (design/permit and construction). During design process they always consulted us on costs and we adjusted few things, but overall we didn’t compromise much. We love this new house, even our dog is excited to have own space and little shower ).
