We contracted with LM Cox (Lance Cox) to build our home in Missoula, Montana in the fall of 2021. Throughout the process Lance and his crew were accommodating, communicative and very easy to work with. This was a time when obtaining materials and appliances was somewhat difficult but with a little guidance from Lance and his associates we were able to move in June of 2022. We are quite pleased with our new home and highly recommend LM Cox, Inc.
Being new to the Missoula our Realtor gave us a couple of builders in the area to interview to build our new home. After meeting with both, there was no question that Lance was our choice. He was very thorough, prompt, and professional in all of our interactions. He helped us through the process of building in a difficult time of supply issues. LM COX is the best in Missoula. There isn’t a home that lance cannot do. All his work is absolutely stunning.Lance and his team really know how to get the job done. My home remodel was beyond my expectations. It turned out beautifully. From the kitchen, to the floors, to the bathrooms. I get asked all the time who did the work. He remodeled my old farmhouse and he knew exactly what to do and what it needed! I was in good hands. Look forward to working with him in the future.
LM Cox assisted me with building a custom designed duplex at the Ranch Club, and the process could not have been smoother! Lance and the whole team were incredibly professional and easy to work with, and even though the project took place during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, they managed to get the project done on time and under budget! I especially appreciated how easy it was to make suggestions on everything from minor planset modifications to the type of material being used on the floors, and Lance was always sure to make sure I understood the cost (or savings) that would result from any addition/subtraction. Overall, I can confidently say that if I were to ever build a new home again, LM Cox would be the company I would hire to help - they did an excellent job!
