Very disappointed in our two year old home! Our floor is coming up in multiple sections. We have reached out to MainStreet Flooring with no response. Our kitchen sink fell in a month ago due to improper installation. Our crown molding is pulling away from the wall. Some of the windows don’t lock correctly and are very drafty.
We just recently build our first home with John Howard. Building during and post pandemic with the rising cost of lumber and shortage of supplies could have been a complete nightmare. John Howard made the entire experience from start to finish as smoothie as they possibly could. We are in love with our new home and will 100% use them again if we ever choose to build again in the future.
