The owner supplies the lot and handles outside work, including tree removal, landscaping, driveways, sidewalks and a water well. A septic tank is also the owner’s responsibility if needed.
It does not offer its own financing; customers arrange a construction/perm or construction and permanent loan. It does not build under FHA or VA loans.
A finished home includes a water heater, heating and air, light and plumbing fixtures, floor coverings, cabinets and paint. Appliances and furniture are excluded.
