Above all, Modulor has a keen eye for detail. They worked on our residence (Chester Project) in 2024. Despite a few administrative hurdles during the project (mainly budget management), we are completely satisfied with our house, now a year after the work was completed. Throughout the project, they maintained excellent communication (thank you, Clémence!). An important point for future clients: they offer excellent after-sales service. A word of advice, however: carefully monitor cost overruns and don't rely solely on your project manager for this. Thanks also to our architect, Atelier Schwimmer!
