We have just completed building with AHP in Statesville, NC. We have built 3 new homes over the past 20 years and America's Homeplace by far has been the BEST experience we have ever had! Jill S. at home office was wonderful to work with to make sure we got the best possible use out of every sq foot of space. We were able to change the "model" home to suit our specific needs with room sizes and special needs. Lincoln was a phenomenal site manager, and kept us informed weekly on the progress and upcoming stages. He was always prompt and efficient with answering questions, returning text messages and handling any issues or problems that arose (which were very few!) I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market to build the home of their dreams! Everyone at AHP always went the extra mile to make sure we were happy, satisfied and all our needs were met. They have an extraordinary group of folks working for them. The contractors they use were always courteous and welcomed us on site (I was onsite for every part of the build, pretty much 3-6 times per week!) They were friendly and always took the time to answer questions and help with anything we needed, and boy were they FAST, and expertly skilled! From start to finish we completed our build in 23 weeks from the day we broke ground (and even under budget as well!)! The best Christmas present ever!
We are very happy with our house! Our best build by far. Danny, our GC was wonderful. He kept us informed weekly & was always available for questions or concerns. The entire staff was great & made the process easy & fun! I would highly recommend them as your building team.
