Shawn and his crew have built a gorgous outdoor living area addition onto our home. The quality of workmanship is unbelievble. You have to see it to believe it! Every detail has been accounted for.
We worked with Shawn on our house in Mooresville for 18 months while living in Richmond, VA! You might think a long distance build to be an overwhelming challenge. Our experience with Shawn and everyone at CobbleCreek was quite the opposite. We visited once a month and were sent videos on a regular basis. If questions/issues came up, they were immediately addressed. We have lived in our house for five years now. Every person who comes in our doors marvel at the design and workmanship of our home. While their estimates were not the lowest, it was obvious Shawn had the experience, energy, dedication, and ideas that we needed. We were not disappointed. The craftsmanship in our home is outstanding, and after 10+ years it looks and lives like it did when brand new.
If you get a builder to build you a second house he must be good! Shawn has built 2 houses for us both of excellent quality. He has long term relationships with his subcontractors so gets preferential treatment. His quote might not be the lowest, but you won’t be spending money later fixing mistakes. Also he and his wife, Kim, are explicitly honest. No worries about how the money is spent. And, last but not least, Shawn is a fun guy to work with! Highly recommend!
