Terrible attitude to sales, Turned me away as a committed Buyer. Also, sent a 425 page contract, And demanded that if it wasn’t signed in 25 minutes that the price would go up $10,000. Needless to say, the property is still not sold, And with sales reps like this, it is no surprise. Extremely rigid on specifications, Even though they send you a list of options, You’re not even able to purchase them. They were also very cold and blunt with not only me but my Broker, And proceeded to tell me that it was “ Illegal” To bring my Broker into the transaction.For reading the reviews online, it sounded like I dodged a bullet with the quality issues and warranty issues.Ended up closing a week later, With an alternative builder, Lennar homes - That experience was much more pleasant
KB homes are not the same in all locations. There is much better quality in this community.
Tried going to the models and almost got hit by one of the workers who was driving recklessly and almost hit me. Small gray sedan with black tints and I think had stickers smh heads up in case anyone else wants to look at the homes

We liked this new development because of the nice family amenities,close proximity to stores and schools,comfortable floor plans and energy friendly builds! The staff here was helpful and answered all of our questions including great financing opportunities that are available!
