Christmas was very present on a few streets here...LOVED IT! Seems the seasonal spirit may be making a comeback...fingers crossed next year will be even better!
Outstanding staff, will go out of their way for you. Homes are nice. and our Smart home's, Alexa nice to meet you. Well built! so guess what, Noise? What noise. This is a Private community, that I like. NOT just any body can drive around your streets. And Recreational center is Outstanding! Clean.. did I mention a huge Workout gym!??????? With a Children's play room right there in visual sight. What else can you ask for. But to save $ from going to gym's. It is Nice to start freah in a New Home????, a back yard you created. And Home's are well spaced apart, not anymore close then the pre existing home's around here. Resale's maybe a bit less, but time you fix to your liking and add Solar! Tankless water heater.. It be up there in cost's. Thanks Lennar for making this nice community that lifts up this area even more.

Eh. Nice homes and layouts. BUT The homes are too close together, in my opinion. Also, I'm not too thrilled that it's so close to the school. The words Band practice and home should not even be in the same sentence. Can u imagine the noise? No thanks.
