Nuss Construction Company

Recently, my wife Karen and I had the pleasure of working with Nuss Construction to give our home the improvements and facelift we've looked forward to for much too long. From the 1st phone call and conversation our project consultant, John Colaianni returned our call promptly and responded very professionally and provided great customer service, taking the time to understand our renovation goals and offer a set of options that fit our interests and budget. This is a big plus for John and Nuss Construction both! John contacted us right after we first called, kept his appointment and provided great communication all through our project. The entire Nuss team is a pleasure to work with! Matt Thomas our Lead Carpenter and Production Manager, Dave Dugan are highly skilled and did a great job for us. They both went out of their way to make sure all work was done to the highest quality standard with great attention to detail. Matt not only ran the daily work crews smoothly and effectively on site, while working through detailed tasks himself, he worked very closely with us all through each phase of our project with great customer service and made sure we were happy with each finished task. Our experience with the entire Nuss Construction team is exceptional in today's rushed "get it done & move on contracting environment". We're very happy with the quality of work, attention to detail, customer service level and fair pricing the Nuss team provided to us and the finished work is excellent! Other contractors could take a lesson. Jim and Karen Ballard Medford, NJ

We've resided in our home since 2012 and have had Nuss Construction work on our home for four major projects since, including a major renovation of the home when we first bought it, repair of a laundry room after a burst pipe, repairs after a fire in the home, and more recently a major addition to our home for my elderly father. Every single time, the experience was positive, work done on time and with good quality, and the company was extremely professional and thoughtful from end-to-end. Communication was always clear. Overall, this a great company that does great work.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Nuss Construction on a home addition and remodel project, and we truly cannot say enough good things about the experience. From our very first meeting with John Colaianni our project consultant, we felt confident cared for and heard. Throughout the entire project, our lead carpenter Brian Sutton and our project manager Dave Dugan were incredible—always responsive, professional, and patient with our many questions and even our last-minute design changes. What stood out the most was their attention to detail, clear communication, and genuine commitment to making sure everything was done just right. They stuck to the timeline they gave us, and there was never a moment of confusion about where we were in the process or what to expect next. Their consistency and transparency made the entire experience feel easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find a company that is not only highly skilled but also filled with truly kind and dedicated people. Thanks to Nuss, we now have a beautiful home that perfectly fits our family’s needs—and our dreams. We are absolutely in love with our new home and can’t wait to make memories, host celebrations, and watch our family grow here for years to come!!! Thank you, Nuss Construction, for helping us bring our vision to life—you are truly amazing!!!
