The good: The realtor representing Hunter Quinn was pleasant, I believe his name was Chad. The homebuying experience went smoothly and very flexible in terms of inspections, move in date, and general questions. Lesa was helpful for us as wellThe bad: The warranty process (Not Lesa, she was helpful and actively kept on top of warranty issues). Some of the rework is just a straight slap in the face, it's honestly insulting. A wall that is very bowed and I am told would be fixed. The fix, I was told, was to sand down the wall... That wall is still very bowed, go figure. The contractors they use for plumbing are also very rude, didn't fix the actual issue just like the bowed wall, and I'm pretty sure didn't send a licensed plumber. And then I am lied to about the gaps in the shower panels as well. There is other major concerns I have heard from other homeowners as well but I won't share those since I haven't corroborated them.My advice based off this is to force the issues you see before you buy any of their houses. Part of me wonders if they sandbag on purpose to get you to pay for it yourself just to not deal with being lied to and having your intelligence insulted (fixing a bowed wall by sanding it).
Jerry did a wonderful inspection of our home. He listened to my concerns and addressed those. He took his time and was extremely thorough. Very polite and professional.

Chad Bryant and his full team at Hunter Quinn in Greenville, SC exceeded our fickle expectations at every turn. Starting with Zach our on site lead to Jesse coordinating logistics and Tucker keeping all of us on the same page, it was an amazing experience. This was a long distance build that never felt more than a phone call away. Chad’s availability and responsiveness are hallmarks of prioritizing us as a client. It was obvious from the beginning this is how this team operates. We started with a great HQ home plan and adjusted to fit our lakefront lot. We could not recommend this team more highly. They will exceed your expectations too!Lynn and Jim Tinney
