Structures built our new house that we occupied in 2023. The entire Structure’s team was professional, ethical and supportive. They have deep roots in the Charleston area with an excellent team of project managers, subcontractors and suppliers. We had a positive home building experience and highly recommend them.
We were very pleased with Steve, Chris and the team at Structures. As first time home builders, we needed a lot of support and guidance throughout our homebuilding process. The Structures team was always attentive, and they gave candid answers to all of our questions. This was valuable in helping us stay on track and prevented us from getting bogged down in minor considerations, while still enabling us to be attentive to detail. In addition, Structures addressed and solved problems along the way, including re-doing work that they felt was not on par with their reputation or their standards. Most times, they performed this extra work on their own initiative (without any requests from us). We could tell they cared very much about the end product of our home. I'd also like to commend our friend Kathryn Elliot, who helped us with the design and style components of the interior. Working with Kathryn made the process easy and fun! After our build was complete, Dave Hargis went the extra mile in making sure lingering issues were addressed. We really appreciated his friendly customer service on the back-end. We discovered that building a new custom home can be exhausting, bewildering, and sometimes frustrating, but we were glad to partner with Structures on our build. Four out of five stars, only because there's always room for improvement, and I know Steve and the Structures staff will continue to work towards achieving perfection!

Working with the Structures team was joyful! They made the building experience relatively stress free. Always professional, the contractors and subcontractors took pride in their work. Their valued input ,above and beyond the architectural drawings, enhanced the look of our house. They stand behind their work, always available to troubleshoot issues years after house completion.
