Harney Homes was excellent to deal with from the walk through experience to the house. I have been fairly impressed and can recommend them to anyone!! This is my 3rd New build since 2018 and the other two’s experiences from other builders didn’t hold a light to this one with harney. I feel like the company genuinely cares and puts an effort into their houses! Other builders should strive to be like harney homes and take notes! Khameron was also a pleasure to deal with and answered any questions I had quickly! Thank you all!!
At this point attention to detail and customer service are the words that come to mind when working with Harney Homes. Jonathan with Harney Homes was incredible to work with. From the very first home he showed us, he listened to our wants and needs and found the floor plan and features that best fit what we were looking for. He was a no pressure agent, and let us come to the offer table when WE were ready. From there it just got even better, before our blue tape walk through, Jonathan had already thoroughly taped and marked even the nit pickiest thing. To be honest, I left our blue tape really thinking I'd been too hard on them because almost everything was already great, the expectation our blue tape set was immaculate. Then came the inspection, not only did Joey (the contractor lead) immediately attend to the small things he could address right away, but they also addressed the inconsequential things. All the way through your closing day, we were met with attention to detail and customer service and the keys we got were to a home that was truly immaculate.
We love our new Harney home. The attention to detail was incredible the few items that I did find during walkthrough and after move in were responded to quickly and pleasantly. The extras included in our home like the epoxy garage floor and the irrigation system are game changers! Braden was friendly and easy to work with. Overall a very good experience.
