Builders Innovation Group is absolutely amazing. Their professionalism, integrity, and customer care are truly rare these days.

My mother had a complete shower install, which, looks amazing. The work done well past the warranty, and she noticed a tiny screw head showing in the ceiling. It was very small, but it understandably worried her. Jordan came out personally, was incredibly kind, and took the time to look at it, explain exactly what it was, and reassure her.

Even when I offered to patch it myself with a little spackle and paint, Jordan insisted they would take care of it and said he would send one of their employees out to patch it properly.
This is the kind of company that stands behind their work and genuinely cares about people—not just profits.
Thank you Builders Innovation Group for your dedication to your craft and your heart to serve. Highly recommended.

Sometimes a project faces unanticipated roadblocks outside of anyone’s control. We hired B.I.G to renovate the shower in our bathroom, and boy did they deliver! Not only were they a really great value they were also extremely professional, communicative, and efficient. Even when our walls got opened up and they discovered a whole host of problems with termite damage and structural quenstionability, they still got the job done in the agreed upon timeframe. We are so pleased with the final result and can't wait to show it off to all of our friends and family.

Would rehire in a heartbeat and would highly recommend.
