We could not be happier to be living in our Beverly Home. Its gorgeous and everyone involved in the building of this home were top quality people and the kindest we've ever met. I know we lucked out finding this home but the experience throughout this last year with Beverly Home people has been just perfect. Being new home owners means you go through things that arenew to you but Beverly made everything run smoothly and with complete satisfaction for us. They truly are the very best at what they do. We are forever indebted to Carole, Kevin & Patrick at Beverly Homes!! We just settled on our dream forever home and cannot say enough good things about our experience with Beverly. From Carole assisting with getting our contract in and dealing with my crazy. Kevin dealing with our impromptu visits and many questions. (I know he had to be sorry he game me his cell #). Then Patrick keeping the built on time and having a critical eye to make everything perfect for us.
We came to Conway back on February to look around for a home. With the recommendation of our Real Estate agent Lauren Buckler we looked at homes at both Woodside and Rivertown. Both were fantastic areas. We selected Rivertown for a few reasons. Tim was great to work with. He was very helpful in showing us different styles and lots. Tim would answer any questions we had about anything almost instantly. Made us feel very comfortable about our purchase.Though not a fan of a water view, the more we saw it the more we loved it. Being able to select the lot we wanted with the style of house we wanted was key. Tabby was excellent and easy to deal with. If I had any questions, she would quickly get back to me with an answer. At our pre walkthrough we had the pleasure with dealing with Chanon. He has been wonderful. Has taken care of a couple of issues we had and taken care of almost instantly.
