Worked with Christine Koch to look at one home; she took one or more calls as soon as we walked in the door while I looked at the home. After that, she spent time filling out paper work for me to sign.Made a mistake in signing it, but she said she wouldn't hold me to anything (contract) if I didn't want her as an agent. In fact she said it twice. In calling her the next day & telling her I wanted to work with someone else, & was interested in the home. She reversed course & said I was locking into the home with her. Found it hard to believe someone would do this. Money does crazy things with some people.Beware of people who burn bridges for greed!I'd never do business with someone like this, also I reached out to the company but no one seems to care about customer service.

The entire team at CRG Companies was great to work with throughout the construction of our new beach house! We closed in May 2023 and we absolutely love our new beach home. Even though it is a 2nd home for now, we have been down 8 out of the past 13 weekends since closing. We can’t get enough of the beach. Rainbow, Stacey, Lucas, Garrett, Amanda and the rest of the team were always responsive when we had questions or concerns. We have lived in 4 homes and built each of them and this home is constructed of the highest quality in every regard - steel cable reinforcements, window strength, insulation, trim and mold construction, smart home technology, energy efficiency (all natural gas appliances and Rinnai tankless hot water heater) and all of the other unique design features that set this home apart from most on the market today. We could not be happier with our home and with the CRG team we worked with.
