From when our idea first started of building a separate living space at my mothers house, to the completion of a beautiful carriage home in her backyard, Boehm has patiently and consistently been there every step of the way. Darren Ward's honesty and true passion to see every customer's best interest taken care of has been there since we first chatted about his customers over a camping trip together. He helped us see the potential and put together the perfect plan and team to see our carriage home come to fruition.No project of this size ever goes through without any "hick-ups" along the way. There is just too many moving parts and different trades involved that will inevitably bring up some unforeseen challenges that have to be dealt with. But that's where Boehm shined. Under the guidance of Jeff Cote and the oversight of James Zwingli, they were always there to reassure us and handled every situation with a positive outlook and clear, honest communication. That's what stood out to me the most, was the open and honest communication. There was no hidden agendas, cover-ups or unexpected costs that showed up on my invoices. They explained everything in detail along every step of the build.At the end of the day, thats all I could ask for and is exactly what I was paying for. A professional company that was there to take care of all the details of a build so that you I could focus on my busy life and end up with a quality product that is exactly how I first dreamed it would be.
Boehm did a fantastic job taking at an old wood stove fireplace that was set deep into the wall and removing it. They drywalled the hole and found close to almost an exact match of wood for the floor that needed to be replaced! We are very very happy with the job and will be hiring them again for future projects!
