I contacted R. Dolan Construction recently to ask about replacing our old tub with an accessible walk-in shower. Biggest problem was it needed to fit the same footprint. Ron and Ryan presented options and suggestions which would add style and eliminate future problems. We decided to do a full tear-down to the studs and I now have a beautiful shower – more elegant than my original plan and still within budget. All of the tradesmen were personable and professional and left the premises spotless. Big thanks to everyone involved.

My ensuite renovation and upgrades to my bedroom and closet were completed by Ron Dolan Construction. I am over the moon happy with the results. They finished within the allotted timeframe, and the quality of craftsmanship, along with the personable tradespeople, made this renovation seamless and professional. In 2018 we contracted R Dolan Construction to build our custom home. During the project our choice was confirmed time and again with Ron’s ability to listen and with his pragmatic nature, and we developed a high level of trust and confidence in him and his employees. Ron’s project manager Ty, and their construction team were excellent to work with throughout the process. The job site was always kept clean and organized, communication was excellent and when they required decisions from us they always gave us lots of lead time. Of course, we added and changed some things during construction which they happily accommodated and kept good records for reconciliation on completion. The project finished on time and on budget and the quality of workmanship and detail was excellent. Ron has periodically checked in and has been happy to address any post completion issues. Ron and his team understand the difficult balancing act clients must do to walk the line between their budget and dreams when building their home and were incredibly helpful in guiding us to fulfill our vision. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to hire R. Dolan Construction to build our home and wouldn’t work with anyone else if we were to build again.
