Nicole and Laura are incredible designers and made our vision come to life. Michael has been there for us throughout the build and finish to make sure everything works the way it should and the home met our expectations. If you want the custom home of your dreams, and want a builder who is honest and involved, look nowhere else. You will not be disappointed.

Charleston B&D handled our bedroom and master bath project. Nicole and her design team were remarkable and helpful in creating our perfect bathroom. They were so good with suggesting ideas on what we were looking for but needed guidance on what would look great. She nailed it. The whole project was guided by Dave Innis of DJI Services and if you are looking for a professional and dedicated contractor, they are it. DJI and all the subcontractors were efficient and reliable. The whole project was completed in half the time that other contractors would have taken. Finally, the whole team at Charleston is fantastic and my wife and I would highly recommend!

What an honor and an absolute privilege it was to work with everyone at Charleston Building. Their entire team is devoted to making sure every single detail of turning your project into a home is taken care of. They truly understood what we envisioned and made it all happen like clock work. A huge thank you to Nicole especially. She is the mastermind behind the scenes, flawlessly coordinating it all. Working late and answering countless emails and questions, working in every single idea I had into the house in the most perfect way. There is nothing she can’t do. Walking into our home upon completion felt like a dream and yet instantly like we had lived there for years. So much time was devoted to taking care of appointments, wallpaper, paint colors, stone, fixtures … but I would do it all again in a heartbeat with them. They handpick specific sub contractors to work with that are all at the top of their craft. I felt comfortable every step of the way and catch myself looking around in awe even now. Cheers to the best builder in the area!!! 10/10 in every single category. I can’t wait to see how our yard turns out!! I truly cannot recommend them enough and cannot thank them enough for giving us our forever home.

Worked very closely with Nicole on the design, planning, and deciding on all of the particulars including fixtures, appliances, flooring, ect.. Amazing!!! The subs that Charleston used were super professional and left the job site each day clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Charleston if you are considering a remodel or building your custom home. We would highly recommend choosing Charleston Builders for your home remodel or new build needs. We entrusted Charleston with a 2-story remodel and couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful result! The construction team was courteous, kind and clean – which was extremely important because we were living through the remodel process. Collaborating with Nicole and Laura on design elements was fun! They provided the professional direction we needed for making the right selections - without compromising the traditional style of our home. Adam was easily accessible, available to answer any concerns or questions we had throughout. He made a stressful time comfortable. From the beginning we felt confident Charleston would do things the right way – without cutting corners or cost.
