Paige, Austin, Brian and the Overstreet team did an outstanding job on our new custom build in the beautiful Highland Woods community in Elgin, IL. Their wily veteran salesman Jim Janik was awesome at the start of the process as well.

They kept my wife and I abreast of what was going on with our 'forever home' every step along the way. After taking possession of the house their Buildertrend portal make it easy to keep in touch with any warranty issues we have found during our first year in the house.

This review is for Naperville Ashwood Park: Overstreet did an amazing job on our home! We went over the top on our upgrades and they worked with us every step of the way. We were able to take a stock floorplan and heavily customize it for our needs. It is exactly what we wanted and more. They have been responsive after the closing for warranty needs as well.
