After looking all over Nashville for over a year, I found my best option in a semi-custom build from Frank Batson Homes. The floor plan ( I chose the two story Viila) is absolutely perfect and spacious without being too large for easy maintenance. The numerous optional upgrades offered affords the buyer a more custom feel without the custom cost of adding to an existing home. The warranties and HOA are excellent, which make for a worry free , carefree lifestyle.
It’s been a pleasure working with this highly professional builder’s team. Everything was explained and presented thoroughly, project was on time , with no snags along the almost one year process from start to move in day. The Batson Team continue to make this community a fabulously enjoyable place to live. With so many builders getting a bad rep these days, I can attest that Batson Homes are not only honest and ethical , but also helpful and address any concerns every step of the journey of your new home purchase.
