It all started fine! Had the owner over the house to go over what need it to be done! With that being saidGuys came worked (non English speaking) no supervision at allWhen all it was finished and had questions called the owner and he was very defensiveAutomatically bringing up all the extras and free stuff he did for usWhich is BS no one does anything for free lolSo basically I paid good money and for served very poorlyHad someone inspect the work without going into details most were done against code!Here are some examples of finish work that we pointed out but according to his standards it was okI left it alone! Please do your research before you hire someone that you are paying with hard earning money
Derrick and his crew renovated our 2 bathrooms in a timely manner. He replaced our shower unit quickly and we were only without a shower for 1 day! He went above and beyond! His work is top notch! He actually showed up to give us an estimate and then a quote for the project within a week!We highly recommend him and his awesome crew! We are very happy with our new bathrooms!
Farias Builders recently completed a renovation to convert our lower level into a beautiful in-law apartment for my mother-in-law and we could not be happier with how it turned out. Derrick and his team took care of everything which made this project stress free. They were professional, courteous and had a great playlist! From start to finish, Derrick was quick to respond to questions and texts and he always kept us updated on the timeline. He even took time to meet and talk with my mother-in-law to go over and changes the plans to ensure she was happy too! What impressed us the most is his attention to detail. He took care of so many little things that made such a big difference. When we thanked him for those things, he said I try to do it as if it were my home. This is the person you want working on your home renovation projects! We would highly recommend Farias Builders and can't wait to work with them on other projects.
I contacted Derrick for an estimate on a complete gut and renovation of a bathroom after someone highly recommended him. He was much more reasonable than any of the other quotes, and he also educated me throughout the process. He gave me a timeline and exceeded my expectations. He was extremely punctual and worked extremely hard to complete the bathroom. I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge, but his attention to detail is impeccable. I am so happy with my bathroom and very pleased with the changes I made based on his expertise. He is trustworthy, reliable, budget friendly, and an expert in his craft.
Derek Farias, Farias Builders LLC brought my dream of 20 years to life. I have had so many compliments on this. It was a total pleasure to have them build this. All custom from a sketch. They made the process easy and enjoyable going with the flow with the changes made along the way. Painted the room also...nice straight lines ?? I'm actually going to miss seeing them each morning!
