Guys came worked (non English speaking) no supervision at all
When all it was finished and had questions called the owner and he was very defensive
Automatically bringing up all the extras and free stuff he did for us
Which is BS no one does anything for free lol
So basically I paid good money and for served very poorly
Had someone inspect the work without going into details most were done against code!
Here are some examples of finish work that we pointed out but according to his standards it was ok
I left it alone! Please do your research before you hire someone that you are paying with hard earning money

Farias Builders recently completed a renovation to convert our lower level into a beautiful in-law apartment for my mother-in-law and we could not be happier with how it turned out. Derrick and his team took care of everything which made this project stress free. They were professional, courteous and had a great playlist! From start to finish, Derrick was quick to respond to questions and texts and he always kept us updated on the timeline. He even took time to meet and talk with my mother-in-law to go over and changes the plans to ensure she was happy too! What impressed us the most is his attention to detail. He took care of so many little things that made such a big difference. When we thanked him for those things, he said I try to do it as if it were my home. This is the person you want working on your home renovation projects! We would highly recommend Farias Builders and can't wait to work with them on other projects.

I contacted Derrick for an estimate on a complete gut and renovation of a bathroom after someone highly recommended him. He was much more reasonable than any of the other quotes, and he also educated me throughout the process. He gave me a timeline and exceeded my expectations. He was extremely punctual and worked extremely hard to complete the bathroom. I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge, but his attention to detail is impeccable. I am so happy with my bathroom and very pleased with the changes I made based on his expertise. He is trustworthy, reliable, budget friendly, and an expert in his craft.
