We recently completed a lovely home build with Morecon Builders. We met the builder, Sal Morello, at the beginning of the process and immediately liked him. Sal is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. He and his crew were able to make modifications to our home plan and we are now living in our beautiful country home. After we closed on the house and moved in Sal was great at having his team fix the small imperfections that we only noticed after moving in. Sal is a man of his word and if he tells you he is going to do something you can trust that he will. We would highly recommend Morecon to anyone looking for a builder.

Cannot say enough great things about Morecon Builders. Sal and his crew were great throughout the entire process, from land clearing to final details. Sal gets an A++ for responsiveness, he always picked up the phone and was more than patient me with my tons of questions and thoughts over the course of the build. Even after close a few minor fixes and adjustments needed to be done and Sal was at the house with a contractor within hours of my call. This was our first experience with building a new home and Sal made it as stress free as possible and within our agreed timeframe. If we were to ever build a new home, need renovation, or be in need of a contractor - Sal would be my first call.

1st time building a new home, and was quite concerned about the whole process. I have to say Sal make the process pretty easy. He completed all work as promised, was also very prompt of fixing minors things after the close. The house included options that normally are not included, driveway, hardwood floors throughout, finished bonus room.
My only complaint was the time frame given to us to select items like, lighting, countertops, Kitchen cabinets.I think Sal should give people more notice and time to select important items for the home.
Otherwise very happy with SAL, and his building crew. They were all very professional, clean and prompt. Home came out beautiful

The Morecon Builders team made our home building process seamless from the start. Sal explained every step from the beginning and maintained transparency throughout the project with weekly progress emails and photos.

The design process was simple and customizable with many high quality finishes and options to choose from where other builders charge as upgrades.

We love our new home! Sal and his team have been great to work with! They have always been there to address any issues and concerns and have made the process easy. I worked closely with Sal and our experience here was an easy and smooth one. All of Sal’s team have been awesome in communicating things and they continue to do so! I would highly recommend Sal and his Morecon Builders team!
