MLM Commercial Construction, LLC

We recently hired MLM Construction for a small office renovation project in Baton Rouge, and they were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The team was responsive, professional, and flexible as we worked together to define a scope that fit our budget. They delivered quality work, and the finished space looks great—fresh, clean, and exactly what we envisioned. I would absolutely recommend MLM to anyone looking for a reliable contractor for a commercial project.

MLM Commercial Construction did outstanding work on my residential project. It was a challenging environment, but they did not let anything stand in their way. Their crews and workers were incredibly professional and efficient. I have been in the construction business for over 40 years so I am very particluar about who I hire to do work for me. I am happy that I chose MLM and I highly recommend them for any construction project that you have.

Machi and his team did a superior job renovating a 103-room Marriott branded hotel for our company. From the initial planning stages through post completion, he saw the project through in a professional manner with quality finishes. His back of the house systems and project tracking were first rate, and he amazingly finished ahead of schedule and under budget with no change orders. MLM exceeding our expectations and we look forward to working with them again.

Have successfully utilized MLM for over 20 years for a variety of large commercial projects including ground-up construction, renovations, demo work and all manner of white box deliveries. Owner Machi also has handled those little to medium one-off jobs for us. MLM always delivers on time and on budget. His organization is meticulous in their attention to detail. I would highly recommend his services to anyone needing an honest, competitive and highly qualified contractor.
