Ray is one of best contractors I have ever hired . I contacted him to help me renovate my basement . One of the requirements was to have a dual washing machine set - up so I could separate my work clothes and my wife’s and kids clothes. The second was to have a larger space so my kids can play in the basement. And he did an amazing job

One thing I do have to point out is , Ray will walk you through the entire process from start to finish , planning every detail , so there is nothing to worry about

He also made a plan , scheduling when to collect money , which tiles to use in the laundry room , which LVP Flooring would potentially match my first and second floor engineered hardwood.

Price is very fair and transparent, he also shared a lot of resources for me to choose from for any particular design or request. My renovation included floor, wall repaint, cabinet repaint and kitchen counter change. It was completed within the agreed timeframe and he was kind enough to accommodate a few small requests as well.
