We built our forever home with GT Custom Homes a little over two years ago. What we liked about GT is that they were truly custom home builders, not those that let you modify an existing floor plan. I came with a hand drawn floor plan, and GT handled the architectural drawings for us. We spent a lot of effort in designing our home down to every last detail, and Tom and Gerry executed it perfectly.

The quality of the materials provided in our base contract, exceeded many of the other local builders, and GT was hands down the best value for the money. From our experience, they also do a much better job than others at providing cost allowances for your cabinets, flooring, etc. We were pleasantly surprised with the total we spent, when complete.

Tom and Gerry have also selected some of the best subcontractors in the business. They provided us with so many selections and ideas. All of them were a pleasure to work with and we continue to use them going forward, and recommending them to friends/family.

You will not be disappointed in your GT Home the year you move in, 10 years later, or 40 years from now. They are built not only to last, but to continue to look beautiful decades from now. No regrets on choosing them as our builder, and that sentiment is echoed throughout our entire neighborhood.

We love our new GT home on Townsend in the Timberlakes subdivision. This is our third year in it and we are enjoying it more each day. Tom and Gerry built us our last home, which we enjoyed for 30 years. This build went ever better than the first. Tom, Gerry, Doris and John, along with Jake on the follow up after moving in, all made the planning and execution seamless. GT proved to be as trustworthy and reliable as ever and their workmanship was outstanding.
