We just moved into our new build by Regency. This was the most pleasant experience and they made it fun and exciting! Our new home is solid, beautiful, and every detail was considered. I have never built a new house before, but from the very beginning, this team won us over with their responsiveness, professional attitudes and most of all care that was obvious during the entire process. Bob and his team are second to none. If you are looking to build a new home, I would HIGHLY recommend Regency. The quality is above and beyond our expectations. Bob and the Regency Team I feel are best in the business!! If you are looking to build a house in WNY, you'd be making a big mistake by not considering Regency. Their attention to detail and customer focused mindset is what made us build our house with them. You can tell Bob is a person who wants it built and done the right way from the day they break ground, until the day he hands you the keys. They may not be the cheapest, but I feel they give you the best value for what you're spending compared to other builders. We were building our forever home so we wanted it done right with quality materials and good vendors, and Regency has it! We made A LOT of changes to the original plans of our house, and they were with us every step of the way whereas other builders would probably tell you, sorry this is the way it is.
