My husband and I are absolutely loving our new home by Blythwood Homes. Although we don’t pick our finishes or design it feels like we did. We bought a model home and even though I fell in love at first walk through, I can’t believe the joy this home brings us everyday. Our walk through with Alexa prior to closing date was more than we expected. We thought we’d be challenged when we would ask for the little details to be touched up from many people looking at the house as the model prior to us. Not only are our items being touched up, Alexa’s eye for detail found more lol. Every call/ text is answered. Things are never “a problem”. We included some items to be completed prior to to closing (driveway/patio/fence/laundry room. Everything was done exactly as we requested. The homes are built to last by top notch trades people and the attention to details is perfection. Things you would be paying “extra” for or considered “upgrades” are standard. Do not hesitate to purchase your next home by Blythwood Homes. You will not be disappointed.

If you are looking for a new home in the Niagara Region you must consider Blythwood Homes. This is my sixth time working with a builder for a new home and, by far, it has been the best experience.

From our initial meeting until now when our closing is only a few weeks away the entire Blythwood team has been fantastic. The owner Rob Mills is an honest and decent builder - just a great guy to deal with. And his daughter Alexa who oversees the sales and building functions has been a joy throughout. Always available and accommodating, she has made what can be a difficult and trying process super easy and pleasant. Her designer Megan has also been very helpful to us with our choices and changes.

Unlike most builders, the Blythwood team is very flexible and they go out of their way to make sure you get exactly what you want. No complaints whatsoever.

They build a high quality home at a very reasonable price and don’t nickel and dime you to death with changes and upgrades that you might wish to make.

They are not only our new home builder but, now, also our friends.
