My husband and I recently moved to Harbourtown by Erie Beach the beginning of October 2025. The moment we decided to sell our house and move we started to looked around and Silvergate Homes immediately stood out. The designs, choices of flooring and lighting are above other areas we had looked. With 9 foot ceilings throughout the entire first floor we were taken in. You see the attention to detail everywhere you look. The layout of our place is perfect for large gatherings yet feels cozy when its just the two of us. We could not be happier here and look forward to the beach and friendship trail in the summer. Being so accessable to the highway and to the new hospital opening spring of 2028 is perfect for me as a nurse and is quick down the highway from our place which is great for me and with all that Fort Erie has to offer it is situated perfectly. The sales staff are so knowledgeable and walk you through each layout and are more then happy to answer any questions you may have. They offer quick closings which we needed and we would recommend to our friends and family or anyone looking for a new quality built home to check out Silvergate Homes. I moved into their newly built LUNA Homes community in Thorold, and the moment I stepped inside, I knew it was going to be "home". The high ceilings, abundance of natural light, and beautiful woodwork details, especially around the fireplace, immediately stood out. As someone who loves cooking, the thoughtfully chosen appliances and kitchen layout were a huge win and made the space feel perfectly suited to my lifestyle.

When I first moved in, the basement was unfinished, and I later requested to have it completed. The Silvergate team exceeded my expectations. Not only did they finish the basement efficiently within a short 2.5 month window, but they also went above and beyond to protect my living space by sealing off the staircase to prevent dust and debris, while still allowing me access to my storage area. That level of care and consideration made a big difference.

I also can’t say enough about the communication with the onsite management team. Any questions I had were answered promptly, they were incredibly attentive, and I was always kept in the loop with clear updates on the work schedule. It made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free.

The architectural design throughout the home is modern with a soft, elegant feel-contemporary yet warm and welcoming. Every detail feels intentional, high quality, and thoughtfully designed.
