M/I Homes Silo Ridge

If you want to spend all of your time calling around to get things fixed, you should buy one of these homes. Too much false advertisement of features and functions available to the home. Water heater doesn't work, dryer doesn't work, shower leaks, nothing gets fixed in a timely manner. I actually have too long of a list of things to cover in this review. They don't cover or warranty most issues, despite the claim that they will take care of you. I have a newborn and a toddler so every issue is amplified for us as a family, but of course that is not the builder's problem.
