We have enjoyed working with Kristen (but be aware, she moved to Lennar) in our home search. Always accommodating and prompt in answering emails.ETA: Kristen left Pulte for a competitor after we got to the design phase of our house. We were not pleased and felt stranded in the process. Abby, the designer went on vacation after our appointment & was then out sick which left us stranded with no answers. We were assigned to another sales associate who we did not mesh well with. He was condescending when we spoke and definitely made us feel like he was not here to help us. We were disappointed in the last part of our process with the sales office. However, Austin & Cade, the construction managers were OUTSTANDING to work with and really saved our interaction with Pulte.
