Horrible experience no final walk through, no organization, home poorly built, home did not pass Canadian electrical standards. Paid for upgraded windows, very poor quality already starting to sag home less than a year old. Northern Comfort did not follow through with what was to be included with package.
Homes had upgrades to choose from , however salesman was focused on providing answers and selling techniques ONLY to male party while lack of interest in the female inquiry and comments were off-putting as I didn't feel that he cared to earn our business or to really provide the hard numbers after being asked multiple yikes and in a variety of ways, however was persistent on us choosing decore selections even though they were standard they were not required to select at this particular moment.Trailers were nice enough. Mid size was well suited to our needs, however pricing without any details or upgrades was above market value
