Nothing but good things to say about the whole project. From the start we were somewhat skeptical about building a custom home, with all the horror stories we've heard from others building their houses, about delays and cost over runs. But we experienced none of that. From planning, to completion and after care, with Blanton, we feel we were treated exceptionally well. Our PM, Will, met every need, while making sure we were happy with the results. We can't say enough good things to express our gratitude for their professionalism and kindness. They were timely in answering all our niave questions with patience and understanding. All personnel that we had contact with where rated 6 out 5 stars. We greatly appreciate all of them for how they made us feel about the whole home building experience.

Building with Americas Home Place (AHP) was the best decision we could make for our custom home build. The people we dealt with where knowledgeable, professional, competent and downright nice. We looked at and talked with two other customer builders in our area and came back to AHP based on their reputation and flexibility. During our review process spoke with one of our family friends who built with AHP twenty years ago and they had excellent feedback to provide about the company and the home, in fact they mentioned they would do it again if ever needed. Jenny, Joselyn and Tyler were fantastic, they stuck with us through multiple iterations of floor plans, pricing, options, standards, colors and the list goes on. They were always willing to speak with us and go the extra mile to make sure we were clear on all their offerings. Nancy kept us squared up on the money side and was always willing to share the numbers with me as the build took place. Brady was so helpful during the final plan review with his thorough explanation of the build process. His keen sense of awareness and experience in the industry really shined as we discussed potential issues, which allowed us to make educated and informed decisions that undoubtedly saved us quite a bit of time and aggravation later on. Our superintendent (Will) was very patient with us and explained everything as the build took place even when things didn’t go as planned, he provided options, guidance and direction that helped us make decisions quickly and decisively. This was our first custom home and the immense feeling you have when you not only participate in the design side of your home but can live every day in it, is immeasurable. If you have found yourself living with intent, then by all means please explore your options of building your own custom home. The feeling you will experience when living in an environment (floor plan layout) that you completely understand and every feature is designed with intent, will add value to your life you did not know you needed until you experience it. I promise the journey is worth it and if you get to do it with AHP you will be in the qualified, capable and experienced hands of folks that genuinely pride themselves on delivering the best product on the market. Most reviews are written at the time of completion, so I don’t feel like people get a true picture of the home. Well…1.5 years into our home, and it’s incredible. Well still love every single thing about it. From Brady helping us out through the project, Joselyn helping us pick our colors, etc. Nancy staying on top of the admin side, Will being the PM on it, and Blanton helping out on the backend, we love AHP. Quality build with quality people for a price we could afford.

I don't think I could write a review that would do justice to this company or our experience with them. But here goes. From the moment I made contact with AHP I knew we made the right choice. I spoke with other companies during our initial search for a builder, but AHP stood out. Every single person we've spoken with has been an absolute joy to work with. I was very confused when I started out looking for someone to build a house for me. I had tried a different. Builder was not real satisfied and moved away from that one. I went online and found America’s Home Place and saw the good reviews that the Builder was getting. They were great from the beginning to the very end. They built my house in 92 days. The customization that didn’t cost any extra is so special with quartz countertops and shaker style cabinets the LVP flooring. I even got to choose the hardware in my house on my doors. I got to choose the light in my dining room And they even put up a fan in my living room for me. I would recommend America’s Home Place as the greatest place to go. If you want to have a house built, they sit with you they talk with you. You know all the cost upfront. It came out that my house went to build it into from beginning to end ended up being $8200 less than what they had estimated. The people work with you the builders work with you the finance guys work with you and all the way along the process, everybody keeps you informed of every step everything it needs to be done and I couldn’t have had a better experience. If you wanna build a house, use America’s Home Place you will be very very satisfied. And if you’re lucky enough to get Josh as your Builder, you’ll be really, really lucky.
