I purchased two townhouses from Gracy Homes. I’ve been in construction most of my life. I have never experienced such a good builder attention to detail and customer service when it comes to warranty work. Their attention to detail is over the top. They give you a three ring binder with all the information you’ll ever need for the inside of that house Paint colors, flooring, selections, etc. I am very pleased that I purchased these townhouses from Gracy Homes.
