I purchased two townhouses from Gracy Homes. I’ve been in construction most of my life. I have never experienced such a good builder attention to detail and customer service when it comes to warranty work. Their attention to detail is over the top. They give you a three ring binder with all the information you’ll ever need for the inside of that house Paint colors, flooring, selections, etc. I am very pleased that I purchased these townhouses from Gracy Homes.

I purchased my home in 2020 from Gracy Built and they were amazing to work with. Since buying my home, I’ve stayed in contact with Ryan who has been a great resource. If I ever decide to sale my home and build in the future, I would go with Gracy Built again.
