We had the good fortune to buy a home that had been built by Randy James Construction. The attention to detail, storage, and design is evident throughout. We love our house and highly recommend the quality of his construction
Randy James was easy to work with. He readily presented options, and always cautioned me when my champagne taste could potentially blow my budget. He listened to what was important to me. I bought a house that he had already started, and he was willing to change out the brick already delivered if I chose to do so, and he even changed out the size of the windows to accommodate my custom drapes. He does not overstate the prices, rather gives you a range and you make the decisions. He never underdelivers. He always helped me weigh the dollar for the end result and advised other areas of the budget I could cut if need be. He was able to finish out a bonus room over the garage and when I wanted to add a bathroom, he was able to easily and cost effectively do so by eliminating a closet that was not needed. He has excellent sub-contractors who I found throughout the process loved working for him. They told me he was the best contractor and treated them all extremely well. Randy has also handled a kitchen remodel for my son's home, and that job went seamlessly. He has excellent resources and quality people to refer you to across the board. He's personable and even keeled. He exceeded my expectations.

Randy is full of integrity and builds a wonderful home. The inspection process is easy and as a Builder he has a keen eye for flow, storage and how to maximize living spaces. Very established Builder and highly recommend.
copied our house with the one that he also built right across the street from us we call them the copycat house so if you are looking for a unique house look I wouldn't recommend this guy
