Alair Homes North Vancouver

My husband and I required assistance from Alair Homes North Vancouver for dealing with a building structural matter. Throughout the process, Chris Black demonstrated a high degree of professionalism and an exceptional level of knowledge. He was flexible with his time and is a great communicator, helping us understand our options and at all times managing our expectations of the process. He is a great problem-solver, and it was evident that he would protect our interests, apply the highest standards of his profession, which also keeping the job from spiraling out of control. His ability to navigate the complex process of building a home is evidence of his extensive experience with the process. We would highly recommend Alair Homes North Vancouver to anyone looking to build a home!

Last fall we embarked on a renovation project to redo our bathrooms, basement and flooring to make room for our second child. After speaking to several contractors, we chose Alair North Van and we're very happy with our decision! With a baby on the way, we had a strict timeline for the project and amazingly we finished on time. We also really liked Alair’s budgeting process which includes online access to your budget status and approval of any changes from the original plan. This really helped us sleep at night as we knew there would not be any big surprise bills at the end of the project. Chris. Rich and our Project Manager Peter do lots of planning and consultation ahead of the start of the project which I really think helps ensure success. Additionally, they were responsive and great at communicating which is so important to us. We love our reno and it’s going to great use considering how much time we’ve spent at home this year! And, even though the project is over, the Alair team has been regularly checking in, and have even helped us coordinate a bit of work that was out of scope from our original project. Highly recommended!

This is to thank you for all the work you did for us. We selected Alair Homes from a short-list of residential contractors because of two factors; Chris Black's apparent ability to focus on our particular needs and Alair's project management systems which suggested accountability. Both these attributes were aptly confirmed during the course of our project. We have appreciated working with Alair Homes, especially with Chris and Peter. We would certainly work with you again and recommend your services to others.

Our experience with Alair Home's representative Chris Black was amazing! My husband and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is considering building a new home or renovating an existing home. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he goes the extra mile in guiding you through all the details and planning involved in residential construction.

We just completed a renovation on our house with Alair Homes and we couldn't be happier. Chris and Rich and the Alair team are amazing to work with. What started off as a daunting task soon became easy as Chris helped guide us through the renovation process. The Alair Team are professional and never do anything without your consent. You are part of every single decision that is made so you know exactly what is going on at all times. They guarantee their work and will ensure your satisfaction with the job done. We would use them again and recommend them to anyone thinking about building a new home or starting a renovation.
