Capilano Builders Ltd

Honestly there is no other company and no other builders that even slightly compare to the EXCEPTIONALLY EXCELLENT WORK of Bryce Eyton and his Merry band of builders. Always top notch and forever standing behind their work, the combined knowledge, experience and expert skills of every member makes renovations joyful plus stress free. I can not recommend them highly enough!! Personable, expert and practical. Save yourself a headache and get this company doing the work.

My husband and I bought our 1937 fixer-upper in 2010, and in the fifteen years since have been continually upgrading it in some way. We have worked with a lot of North Shore home renovation resources -- and no one comes close to Bryce and his team. I trust them beyond the scope of all words for doing their best work -- and it just so happens they are genuinely nice people -- and for not resting until we are thrilled. I love this team and we will only ever work with this outstanding group on all projects moving forward.

We looked into several contractors prior to capilano builders Ltd. Their quote thoroughly addressed all our goals in a detailed and organized manner. The entire team were professional, attentive with superb craftsmanship. With clear communication and hard work throughout, what is a typically stressful process of renovating a home went smoothly. I would highly recommend capilano builders for any homeowner looking to update their home or complete a major project. From start to finish it was a positive experience. Thanks so much.

We hired Capilano after having a bad experience with a different local designer/contractor. Days before the other company demolished our kitchen we got cold feet and reached out to Capilano. Bryce came the next day and we immediately knew we wanted to work with him. He listened and took our concerns seriously. We felt completely comfortable with him upon first meeting which was the total opposite of how we felt about our current contractor. Bryce worked until 1 AM to get us an estimate that night and we hired them the next day. Over the course of the renovation the Capilano team (project managers, crew, and designers) was awesome. Everyone was super friendly, easy to talk to, bring problems to, contact etc. Bryce and his team thought through issues to come up with cost effective solutions and involved us in the process. They also helped to realize our style and select beautiful finishes to complement it. We were living through the reno with a toddler, and had another baby about halfway through. They were very conscious of cleaning up and trying to keep our living space clear of debris and hazards. We were very happy with our experience with Capilano. Doing a renovation with a toddler and a baby on the way would normally be very stressful but Capilano made it as stress free as possible. We trusted them to be honest and do a good job and that's what they did. Our kitchen is well built, designed, and absolutely gorgeous thanks to the team. I would definitely hire them again.
