My wife and I are building a new home in a new community that Fischer Homes is developing. We had the pleasure of attending our design session this past week. This is our first build from ground up so the nerves were a little on edge. The team at the design center not only calmed our nerves but made this a very enjoyable endeavor. We were able to do a pre-visit which gave us some basic ideas of what was to come. This gave my wife the inspiration to spend half the next day on the phone with her mom. She was able to then go into the session with three pages of what she wanted and how she wanted it. The team was not only excited to see the enthusiasm they were quick to provide guidance were needed.
We had a great experience at the Fisher Homes Design Studio! Brooke was incredibly knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to explain our options clearly and never once made us feel pressured or upsold on every little upgrade, which we truly appreciated. She made what could have been an overwhelming process feel organized and manageable.I was told that they update their options yearly or so, which is great, but I do think it may be time for a full refresh across all selections — even within the different design levels — as trends and styles continue to modernize.The only other thing I wish was different is that, in 2026 with all the advancements in AI and technology, there was a system in place to provide renderings or visuals of our actual selections. Seeing a small sample is helpful, but it’s hard to fully picture how everything will look together in the finished space. A digital rendering would make the decision-making process even better.Overall, though, we had a wonderful experience and are excited about our new home!
Brooke and Nancy made so many of my dreams come true!!!! Fischer Homes are exquisite and they have a lot of the current design trends available. Their staff members are all inviting, positive and I think they're just as excited about my new home as I am! You can't beat the complete package of this builder.

Rating: ? 1/5 (Would rate -5 if possible)I am extremely disappointed with the quality of yard grading provided by Fischer Homes. Due to improper grading, water consistently pools around my foundation, which has led to visible cracks and uneven flooring inside the home.I initially reported this issue during the 90-day warranty period. At that time, the field manager assured me it would be addressed under the 12-month warranty and requested my signature to close the 90-day report. However, I was told the grading met their standards and they were unwilling to fix it when I followed up, after rain with video proof of water pooling and third party home inspection reports.I told Fischer homes mangers and supervisors about Missouri has Implied warranties which is builder responsibility to resolve the grading issue if not it is a warranty breach.still they are refusing to do it.This experience reflects a lack of accountability and poor post-sale service. I expected better from a builder of this reputation
