Stone Home Building, Inc.

We had an excellent experience working with Ryan and his team on our total bathroom remodel. He kept us informed daily so we always knew which subcontractor/tradesman was coming and also when there would be no work scheduled. Since we were living there during the construction, care was taken to protect the rest of the house throughout the project. Ryan’s team of subcontractors were top notch and always overseen by Ryan personally. Unanticipated conditions which came up were dealt with fairly and promptly. We couldn’t be happier with our new bathroom and recommend Ryan for your next project. You will not be disappointed. Alan and JoAnne Tom Berkeley

Ryan and his crew did some remodeling work on my house last fall. I had heard horror stories from others about their experinces with contractors, and so was almost shocked at how easy it was for me. Ryan is wonderful. His communication was excellent, and we worked through change orders (yea I did change my mind mid-stream on few things!) and small problems that came up. Ryan's own work is top-notch, but his super-power is his ability to cordinate subtractors through the process. He has a really strong group of excellent subcontractors he works with, and they were all very good. I will be working with Ryan again this year for some more remodeling. I'm looking forward to it!

Ryan Stone is a dedicated, gifted, and very friendly professional. He has worked on our house across multiple projects. Most notably he redid my home office, converting it from the gloomiest room in the house (thanks to east/north-facing windows) to a beautiful sunny retreat with translucent ceiling panels and 2 skylights. He matched wood stains and styles to our 100+-year-old home. It's a huge transformation, and has made working from home a true pleasure. The subs he brought in did class work under his careful supervision. In fact, the drywall underneath the ceiling panels is so tidy and intricate that I removed some of the panels to leave the work exposed. Photos of that project included. Throughout, Ryan was extremely professional, very attentive and available, and always a pleasure to work with. He also worked well with our architect. Ryan listens and he cares. Ryan Stone is our go-to person for home remodeling and repair. Highly recommended.
