We couldn't be happier with the home that Tyler, Brandon and their team built for us. This is the fifth home that my wife and I have had built over the years, and it is was by far the smoothest project with the best quality result. Outstanding service and quality is their hallmark!

We had originally met Tyler casually on the street when they were working on a project nearby a few years ago. You could tell instantly that he was proud of the project he had underway. As we watched the project progress, we were impressed by the diligence and smooth pace of the work. We had experienced a project that had not gone too smoothly, so we could readily see the difference in the VersaCorp approach.

When we were ready to start our build, although we spoke to a few other builders, we were confident that VersaCorp would be the right choice. Tyler was happy to introduce you to any of his clients as references as he knew they were all very happy. approach to estimating the job, with loads of detail gave us confidence in the cost of the project. We were happy to know that VersaCorp worked closely with Keeren Design as the architect for most of their projects, as we had separately decided to use Joris Keeren for the design of the home. It was an easy decision to proceed, and one that we were so happy we made.

The build went as smoothly as we expected, keeping exactly to the schedule that Tyler had committed to from the outset. The various trades and suppliers he used/recommended all worked out so well. Tyler and Brandon kept on top of all aspects of the work, keeping the trades coordinated so there were no delays. The workmanship throughout was top notch, with a focus from the teams on finer details and ideas to make small improvements to the design or functionality of the home throughout the course of the build.

Once the project wrapped up and we moved in, the focus on customer service did not stop. Brandon's meticulous focus on ensuring everything is done to his high standards was evident. He would notice small items to touch up that we hadn't seen, and get them addressed quickly. Brandon has kept in touch on a regular basis to ensure that any questions we have, or items that may need addressing are dealt with immediately.

Overall, the project to build our latest home went better than we could have expected, with outstanding quality, workmanship and customer service all around. The care that both Tyler and Brandon have in the quality of the homes they build is amazing. They have good reason to be proud of the stellar reputation of VersaCorp Homes that they have fostered.
