After having a smooth experience as a first time home buyer, I had my 30 day checkup for my home. Ryan and Mike came and addressed my questions and concerns. I really didn’t have any concerns, but it was very assuring to know that any help I need is just a phone call away. Highly recommend.Then I also had Caleb, and Mike come through and assist with some touch ups in the home. Caleb was extremely helpful and addressed every concern I had. He was extremely professional and positive. Mike also came towards the end of the visit and assisted with a smile and a friendly handshake. ?? five star treatment!
I had an amazing experience with this warranty company! Mike, Ryan, Caleb and Ricardo were absolutely incredible. I called them, and within 15 minutes they were already at my house. They quickly found the problem and had everything fixed in under 30 minutes. Their professionalism, fast response time, and excellent customer service truly exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t ask for a better company or team to work with. Highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable and efficient service!
I am currently still within my 2-year warranty period and have been very disappointed with how my warranty claim has been handled regarding cracked brick on the front of my home.The company has stated the damage was caused by an impact; however, based on the photos provided, there is no visible evidence of any impact or external force. Initially, Stacy, the warranty manager, offered to cover labor if I paid for the materials. I declined because I believe this repair should be fully covered under the warranty.After multiple email exchanges, the offer changed again. He then decided he would no longer pay for labor but would instead provide the brick only. This decision felt inconsistent and more like a personal judgment rather than one based on clear, structured warranty guidelines.Additionally, the brick was delivered to my home without prior notice and left in front of the house instead of being placed in the garage as I had requested. This created unnecessary inconvenience.I was told that labor would only cost a couple of hundred dollars. If that is truly the case, it raises the question of why the company would not simply cover that small cost to resolve the issue properly and maintain customer satisfaction.Betenbough is a well-established, successful company, and as a homeowner who trusted them to build my home, I expected a higher level of customer service and accountability. At a minimum, I believe a professional second opinion should have been obtained to fairly determine the cause of the damage.
We have been in Our 1st Time Betenbough Home almost 1 year & Their Warranty Team has come out twice. Both experiences have been wonderful & quick to fix and address few minor things. As for yesterday's visit with Ryan & Caleb, they two young men were efficient, worked well as a team to get every need fixed and answered any questions/concerns I had. Might I mention they were super kind & friendly especially with my pets, made having them in my home very comfortable- Thank You Adam & Natalie Bejarano on Farmstead Ln ??
