I had a wonderful experience with Cheyenne W. She was explaining and going into every little detail and question I had. I totally recommend her for anyone's next mobile home purchase.
They will say anything to hook the deal and go back on their word later blaming it on firing people and getting new staff.Don’t expect any communication.Everything is done to the bare minimum just to get the job done.TRIM OUTS WILL NEVER BE COMPLETED. I have stripes of miss match paint on the outside from the first trim out and they never returned to finish anything.5 months later and all my doors don’t work… we can’t even use the front door… the appliances all had scuffs. The flooring is messed up THOUGH-OUT the house… and the tongue is still on the trailer!!!!
If yall buy from them, don't sign documents without reading them carefully, we bought the farmhouse from them, 220k house, they give u the little tablet to sign paperwork and rush you into the details, and I bet they omit the most important parts. We were excited to get the house. We got our house delivered in August 2023. By January 2024 big cracks on our ceiling started popping, we contacted, karla and Ronnie, even scott at the factory, and they just play hot potato with the issue, and as any other house manufacturers, they washed their hands, saying they're not responsible to fix those, apparently we signed paperwork about them not being liable for this, on my opinion a house should last more than 6 months, or buying a house this expensive should at least be covered for a year, if they're proud of what they sell , just be aware people
